Summer activities at JnanaJyothi center is coming to an end as schools are going to reopen. The children are going to miss all the fun and various activities done during the summer holidays which they cannot do now as they have to concentrate only on academic subjects. So the teachers at JnanaJyothi center with the help of the junior fellows of Deshpande Foundation are preparing a curriculum and lesson plan for each subject. The lesson plan is prepared in such a way that the children will learn a topic by doing some fun activity. This will not only help the children to understand a particular topic but it will also increase their creativity and thinking capacity.
The fun at JnanaJyothi center still continues as the children will learn their lessons by doing some fun activity.
BCT Hubli runs two programs with the support of Deshpande Foundation. Inchara, a foster care program for women and children affected and infected by HIV and JnanaJyothi, an additional education program for vulnerable girls.
